- Duty assignments, attendance, duty status, mounting, and dismounting details.
- GPS and location data during duty-related activities.
- Background location during active duty or tracking, where required by the workflow and enabled through the app/device permissions.
- Beat inspection details, observations, and verification records.
- Photos, images, PDFs, or documents uploaded as inspection, profile, or duty attachments.
- Device information, such as Android ID or device name, for security and single-device login controls.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected through the app is used for:
- User authentication and secure access.
- Duty assignment, attendance, duty status, and movement tracking.
- Beat-sector inspection, observation reporting, and verification.
- Safety, security, audit, monitoring, and official reporting.
- Preventing misuse and unauthorized access.
4. Location Data
Location is collected only for official duty-related functions. Where required, the app may collect location in the background during active duty or tracking.
Location information is used for duty verification, beat or post presence, movement logs, safety, and official monitoring. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
5. Data Sharing
App data may be accessed by authorized RPF/WCR officials and administrators for official purposes. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
Information may be shared only when required for official, legal, administrative, or security purposes.
6. Data Security
The app communicates with its server using secure network communication where configured. Access is protected through login and authentication controls. Server and administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel.
7. Data Retention
Duty, attendance, tracking, inspection, and uploaded records may be retained as official records according to departmental and administrative requirements.
Requests for correction or deletion may be submitted through the official contact or departmental channel. Such requests are subject to applicable official record-retention rules and administrative requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children or general public users. It is available only to authorized personnel for official use.
